If you’re not a fan of Windows 8 and the tiles screens that typically greets you after boot-up, you’re not alone! Many people HATED Windows 8, mainly for that tiles screen, that was a huge departure from Windows 7, Vista, and XP. Well there is GOOD NEWS, as of today (Jan 19th, 2017) there are still 2 ways to get Windows 10 without paying for the license.

Method 1: Upgrade to Windows 10 by Claiming you use Accessibility Features

If you click here, you’ll be directed to Microsoft’s Accessibility site, where you can upgrade your Windows 7 or 8 system to Windows 10, as long as you’re okay with claiming that you use Accessibility features.

Method 2: Fresh Installation of Windows 10

Alternatively you can click here to download the Media Creation tool directly from Microsoft. That will allow you to create a DVD or USB drive that you can then boot your computer with and install a fresh copy of Windows 10. This is my preference, since 1) I’m not lying about using accessibility features and 2) Fresh installs seem to run more smoothly anyway.
